However, we do offer a specialized foot assessment service, if you would like to gain a deeper understanding of your foot structure and pressure points before having your custom insoles made.
6. How long does it take to get my Custom Insoles?
Thanks to STANDSOLE’s innovative technology, our in-store fitting process takes only 10 to 15 minutes. We utilize advanced, high-strength materials that allow us to custom-mould the insoles to your exact foot shape in a matter of minutes.
7. Can I use Custom Insoles in any type of shoe?
STANDSOLE fit perfectly into most sneakers, sports shoes, and everyday footwear with removable inserts. We also offer a special slim design for narrow shoes. For the best support, we do not recommend wearing them with sandals.
8. How long do STANDSOLE Custom Insoles last?
With regular use, STANDSOLE Custom Insoles are designed to last between 1.5 and 2.5 years. The exact lifespan of your insoles will vary depending on how frequently you wear them, your daily activity level, and the types of shoes you use them in.
9. How do I clean my Custom Insoles?
Keeping your insoles clean is easy! Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and let them air dry naturally. To protect your insoles and help them last as long as possible, please avoid soaking them in water or drying them with direct heat (like a hair dryer or radiator).
10. What should I expect after getting my insoles, and when do I replace them?
- The Break-In Period: It is completely normal to need an adjustment period while your feet adapt to their new custom support.
- Zero Hassle Maintenance: Our insoles are crafted from exceptionally strong materials that can hold their shapes long. You don’t need come back every 3-5 months for reheating, so you don’t have to worry about frequent store visits.
- When to Replace: You will only need to replace them when they show significant wear, lose their firm support, or if your activity levels change or you need a NEW pairs for your new Shoes!
- We Are Always Here: If you ever need a remold or want to grab a replacement pair, simply drop by our store and we will be happy to help!
